History
I guess the very beginning of sclub8music.com reaches back to 2001. My sister forced me to watch an episode of Miami 7. It was 10th, the one where they sang Bring It All Back. When I saw that I was like O_O i have to admit that i had never heard of them before. So I started listening to their music. The creation of S Club Juniors didn't touch me at first, but time went on, they came out with One Step Closer and it was listenable. To tell the truth, as long as there was S Club, i didn't quite notice S Club Juniors. The big breakthrough came on 21st April 2003 when S Club announced their split. S Club Juniors was renamed to S Club 8. So making a site of S Club 8 was the only "way" to keep the S Club name going strong. And that's how it went...

After the split, i didn't hear about S Club 8 for about a year, so that means I had no idea that the band had their 2nd album out. In summer of 2004 I almost accidentally saw Sundown video on telly. I got hooked instantly. Since then i started to collect SC8 vids, interviews, live performances and on 19th July 2004 I started building S Club 8 Music. A bigger break slipped in on 12th August when i went to Athens to see the Games. I arrived from Greece on 30th of August, that means only 2 days left before going to school. And as i have to live in another city in order to attend my school, building sclub8music was pushed off my mind. Anyway, somehow i managed to work on it a little and set a goal of launching the site with I Dream airing for the first time. But I couldn't: schoolwork had taken priority again. Finally I bought the domain, uploaded the whole thing and started advertising the site.

Facts
Name: first I wanted to name the site sclub8online.com, but it was already registered in June 2004, so i thought of sclub8central.com. This was available, but another S Club 8 related site called S Club 8 Central was already on the net, so people could easily have mixed up these two sites. So i decided upon sclub8music.com

Performance: for the best performance I recommend Internet Explorer 6 or above as I don't have a slightest idea about the site's appearance on other browsers. Also, you should be able to browse the site without any problems with the screen resolution of 800*600, although 1024*768 would be preferred. Also, your browser should support Frames, Javascript and CSS (Cascading Style Sheet). Font Verdana is also required (almost every browser has it). And to watch videos you may need some codecs, i'm not sure about that as my machine is packed with codecs, so my media players play almost every video file. But in case you should experience any problems, I recommend ACE MegaCodecsPack. It's class!
